The four emotions that kill traders
Identify the specific error each of fear, greed, hope and frustration produces Explain why moving a stop away from price is the only one that can end an account Recognise a revenge trade by its shape rather than by how it feels Record the driving emotion per trade and review results against it
Recognizing tilt before it costs you
Explain why tilt cannot be detected by self-assessment while in it Identify size drift and rule stretching as the most reliable observable symptoms Pre-commit to a loss limit, a trade cap and a cooling rule while calm Explain why a rule requiring in-the-moment judgement fails at that moment
Building a pre-trade ritual
Explain why the same decision is worse when made under live pressure Run a fifteen-minute pre-session routine ending in a one-sentence direction Apply a five-question checklist where any "no" prevents the trade Journal adherence and emotion, and split results by adherence after forty trades
Final challenge
